Kid’s show- contest.

On 28-th and 29-th of January by Moldavian Tennis Federation a first step of the 10&U program was  organized .The event was held at the “Niagara Fitness Club” and was attended by about 100  kids aged up to 10 years old.

The purpose of this gathering was to identify the number of children involved in tennis, in this age subgroup and in the context of a test tournament  to determine the level of each player , and  namely to spread the children according to the appropriate court : red, orange, green.

In addition to the results of the tournament, the members of the MTF Kid’s  Tennis Committee took into the account  such things as movement on the court  and mobility, service, return, other strokes  and aspects of the tennis  game .
The final result will be published on the MTF website, and to the young tennis players  will be given a card with the correct color of the court in accordance with the abilities of each player.
At the end of the above mentioned event was announced a contest  for best picture, which will become the emblem of the Tennis  10’s program in Moldova.The winner will get the special prize from the MTF's side.
We ask young athletes to send their pictures to the email address ftmmd.info@gmail.com   or to  bring them to the MTF office up to February 29-th , 2012.
